If you receive my emails, you’ll already know that I now have a rather marvellous new members’ Facebook group as well as the public page. Exciting! The Adoptive Parents’ Self-Care Club Facebook group is a place to talk more about self-care and to cheer each other on. There are questions to discuss, mini self-care challenges, and all sorts of self-care shenanigans to encourage you to look after yourself. More than 50 people have already joined in the first 24 hours and I have a feeling it’s going to be EPIC. (I’m going to work pretty hard at making sure that’s the case, in fact.)
How to join in
I’d love it if you’d like to come and take part in the group. It’s completely free – no catches – and it’ll be great to have you there. To get started, just click here to join the club and you’ll get a link to the group along with the other freebies I send to new Self-Care Club members, including a week-long self-care guide and an extract from my book (still a work in progress, so it’s a bit of an exclusive).
I look forward to seeing you in the group and getting to know you better. 😊
